Elephant Head –\u00a0<\/strong>N\u00f6rdlich der Similan Insel Nr.7 liegt der Tauchplatz Elefant Head Rock (Hin Pusar). Es ist keine Insel da nur Inseln als solche bezeichnet werden, wenn mindestens ein Baum drauf steht. Also kein Baum keine Insel. Der Name entstand dadurch das der mittlere Felsen aussieht wie der Kopf eines Elefanten, mit viel Fantasie.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr viele Taucher ist es der sch\u00f6nste Tauchplatz der \u00a0Similan Inseln<\/a>. Er ist zweifelsfrei einer der spektakul\u00e4rsten mit seinen \u00fcbergro\u00dfen Granitfelsen und Durchg\u00e4ngen durch die getaucht wird. Schon beim Abtauchen wird einem klar das dieser Tauchgang was besonderes wird. Die Sichtweiten sind auch hier bis 30 Meter sodas man gleich beeindruckt ist von dem was die Unterwasserlandschaft zu bieten hat.<\/p>\n

Mit Korallen sieht es hier eher bescheiden aus. Man hat Gorgonien und sicher auch Hart und Weichkorallen, aber nicht wie das bei den anderen Tauchpl\u00e4tzen der Fall ist. Auch der Tauchplatz ist mit seiner Tiefe von \u00fcber 50 Meter was f\u00fcr Grossfisch. Da die Sicht meistens gut ist reicht es hier auf 30 Meter abzusteigen und dann weiter raus in den Sand zu schauen ob man vielleicht den Weisspitzen-Riffhai sieht. Die Chancen stehen auch f\u00fcr den Manta oder den Walhai nicht schlecht.<\/p>\n

Es ist kein Makro Tauchplatz, trotzdem gibt es auch hier genug im Riff. Von Rotfeuerfischen, Skorpionfischen und Mur\u00e4nen findet man auch jede Art von Kaiser und Doktorfischen<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
