{"id":4234,"date":"2016-06-27T11:57:22","date_gmt":"2016-06-27T04:57:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.diving-thailand-phuket.com\/similan-islands\/?lang=de"},"modified":"2020-07-13T13:48:41","modified_gmt":"2020-07-13T06:48:41","slug":"similan-islands","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.diving-thailand-phuket.com\/de\/similan-islands\/","title":{"rendered":"Similan islands"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"contentWrap\"><a id=\"beginContent\" class=\"outOfSight\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easydaythailand.com\/bangkok\/#beginContent\" name=\"beginContent\"><\/a>Similan kommt aus dem Malaysischen und bedeutet &#8220;neun&#8221;.<\/p>\n<div id=\"contentBlock-1\">\n<div id=\"c2424\" class=\"csc-default\">\n<div class=\"moduleGroup singleModule\">\n<div class=\"module module-1\">\nDer Nationalpark liegt ca.100 Km von Phuket und ca.50 Km von Khao Lak entfernt. Alle neun Inseln haben eigene Namen werden aber im allgemein von den Thail\u00e4ndern mit der jeweiligen Zahl bezeichnet. So ist die Insel Nr.1 im S\u00fcden und die Insel Nr.9 im Norden. Die Similan Inseln wurde 1982 zum Nationalpark erkl\u00e4rt.<\/p>\n<p>Die s\u00fcdlichen Inseln Koh Huyong (1), Koh Payang (2) und Koh Payan sind touristisch gespeert. Seit 1999 befindet sich auf Koh Huyong eine Schildkr\u00f6tenfarm die das Gebiet zur Schutzzone gemacht hat. Es gibt allerdings zwei Tauchpl\u00e4tze die in der N\u00e4he sind und f\u00fcr Taucher zug\u00e4nglich sind, Boulder City und Sharkfin Reef.<\/p>\n<p>Die Insel Koh Miang (4) ist eine von zwei die mit einer Station der Parkrangers ausgestattet ist. Im Norden der Insel liegt die Princess Bay, was wahrscheinlich der sch\u00f6nste Strand von Similan ist. Den Namen hat der Strand der Tochter des Thal\u00e4ndischen K\u00f6nigs zu verdanken, die hier ihre Flitterwochen verbracht hat. Es sind hier einge Bungalows und Zelte die den Touristen f\u00fcr mehrt\u00e4gige Aufendhalte zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6stlich gelegen sind die Inseln Koh Ha (5) und Koh Hok (6). Die beiden Inseln sind ziemlich klein und nur bei Flut getrennt. Ein hervorragendes Gebiet f\u00fcr Schnorchler und Taucher die hier ihre ersten Gehversuche machen. Auf der R\u00fcckseite befindet sich der Tauchplatz Anitas Reef der von vielen zum Checkdive genutzt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Die Insel Koh Payu liegt gegen\u00fcber der Princess Bay und hat gleich mehere Tauchpl\u00e4tze. Der wohl hier beliebteste ist West Of Eden und Deep Six. Fr\u00fcher war Koh Payu die Insel Nr.6, was sich in den 80er ge\u00e4ndert hat. Fr\u00fcher war Hin Pusar ( Elephant Head Rock), weiter n\u00f6rdlich die Insel Nr.7. Dann hatte man gesagt das Inseln nur als solche bezeichnet werden k\u00f6nnen wenn ein Baum darauf steht. Das ist in Hin Pusar nicht der Fall. Also kein Baum keine Insel. So wurde aus der Nr.5 auch gleich die Nr.6 und die Nr.7 ist jetzt Koh Payu.<\/p>\n<p>Koh Miang ist die Nr.8 und gr\u00f6\u00dfte Insel von Similan. Hier befindet sich auch die zweite Station der Parkranger mit einem sagenhaften Aussichtspunkt. Die Donald Duck Bay (Ao Guerk) ist vielleich das Fotomotiv der Similan Inseln. Der Weg zum Aussichtspunkt ist etwas Abenteuerlich aber wenn man angekommen ist war es die M\u00fche wert. Hier machen einige Boote Pause zwischen den Tauchg\u00e4ngen was von vielen genutzt wird um zu Schorcheln oder eben den Aussichtspunkt zu erklimmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die n\u00f6rdlichste und letzte Insel ist Koh Bangu (9). Hier gibt es ebenfalls mehere Tauchpl\u00e4tze wie z.b Breakfast Bend. Der sch\u00f6nste Tauchplatz (Christmas Point) wurde leider beim Tsunami 2004 besch\u00e4digt. Man kann hier deutlich sehen was Wasser f\u00fcr Kraft hat und was es anrichten kann. Der Fischreichtum ist hier absolut okay aber die Hartkorallen haben ganz sch\u00f6n was abbekommen.
